Palazzo Sciarra Colonna, an 18th-century jewel designed by Luigi Vanvitelli, and Palazzo Cipolla, an elegant 19th-century building dedicated to major international exhibitions. Together, they form a unique museum complex where history, architecture, and art come together in a journey that changes with the current exhibitions.

An ancient noble palace and home to the Fondazione Roma, it represents the heart of the Museum Complex.

It was born from the Fondazione Roma’s desire to give the City a comprehensive museum institution, capable of placing the visitor at the center, in line with the principles of inclusion, commitment to the territory, and cultural promotion that have always guided the Foundation’s work within the community.
